Dear Reader,
If you are here, you may be curious about our name. Or you may be carrying questions, wounds, or hopes connected to the word father. We want you to know, first and foremost, that you are welcome here.
Many of us learned about love through imperfect people. For some, those people were deeply loving and present. For others, they were inconsistent, harsh, or absent. And for many, even the very best fathers could not stay forever. These experiences shape how we understand care, safety, and trust.
God the Father is not a mirror of our earthly fathers. He is the fullness of all they reflected imperfectly and the completion of everything they could not give.
He is steady where others may have been inconsistent.
He is gentle where others may have been harsh.
He is present where others may have been absent.
Where human love falls short, His has not.
Often, the Father chooses to show His love through people. We see it through a meal when there is nothing left in the pantry, or through a peace that settles in a restless heart. We see it through someone who listens without judgment, through a community that shows up again and again, and through provision that arrives right on time.
These moments are not accidents. They are reminders that God sees, cares, and provides. His love is not abstract or distant; it is practical, tangible, and personal.
When we say From Your Father, we are speaking about God the Father. He is the loving, personal God revealed through Jesus Christ. In Jesus, we see the Father’s heart in motion—healing the broken, seeking the lost, and loving without limits. He is the Creator of heaven and earth, and He is near. He is deeply invested in the lives of His children, especially those who have felt forgotten, overlooked, or left to carry too much on their own.
Everything we do through this mission flows from that love. The meals delivered, the resources provided, and the notes of encouragement are not mere transactions. They are expressions of care, dignity, and presence.
Our mission serves families of all backgrounds and beliefs. No one is required to share our faith to receive support. We believe love should be given freely, without conditions. Our faith shapes why we serve, but it never determines who is worthy of help.
If you are healing, questioning, or simply needing hope, we want you to know this: You are not unseen. You are not alone. You are deeply loved. And sometimes, that love reaches us through the hands and hearts of others.
Our hope is that through this space, you catch a glimpse of the Father’s heart. Not as distant or demanding, but as near, compassionate, and faithful.
A Father who shows up. A Father who provides. A Father who loves completely.
With care,
From Your Father’s Team
